What is the Lyndon Family Fund?

Have you heard about All Things Lyndon’s Family Fund? It is a scholarship and assistance program available through All Things Lyndon and the Lyndon Promise Community. Applicants must have a child 6 or under living in the household. Households and families can apply as many times as they wish but are only eligible to receive a total of 3 awards.

What can this program be used for? There are many possibilities! Requests could assist with basic needs, such as utilities or groceries. But the Family Fund is not limited to these types of requests. One could complete an application for sporting goods for a child, a summer camp registration fee, a VT State Park season pass, and so much more!

There are no income guidelines or income eligibility forms that need to be completed. This is not our primary focus. We understand that the numbers don’t always explain the whole story and sometimes there just isn’t enough in a month’s budget, especially for “extra” activities for your family and children. This is one of the ways All Things Lyndon aims to help families in Lyndon thrive.

There are several ways you can complete a Family Fund application. There is an online, fillable form right here on our website. There is also a pdf form that can be printed, completed, and sent to the ATL Resource Coordinator Katie Powers at katie.powers@neklsvt.org. Contact Katie with any questions.

Please don’t hesitate to complete a Family Fund today!
